Timeless Turf is a family-owned turf management company serving the North Atlanta Metro area, including Bartow, Cherokee, Cobb, Forsyth and Fulton counties. James’ passion for turf ignited in the spring of 2020. What started with sod replacement for our first home evolved into a healthy obsession with Bermuda and Zoysia. From personalized weed control and fertilization plans to lawn leveling, our goal is simple – deliver results you can see and a service you can trust.

Fertilization & Weed Control
Our turf programs combine proven agronomic practices with the principles of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) to build healthier turf, prevent problems, and ultimately make your lawn the envy of your neighbors. Healthy turf starts in the soil - and we start with a soil test.
Lawn Leveling & Top Dressing
Top dressing / lawn leveling smooths uneven and bumpy turf while improving soil structure, drainage and root development. Top dressed lawns look better and feel better under your feet. We top dress Bermuda and Zoysia lawns from May through August.
Annual Core Aeration
Core aeration helps alleviate soil compaction and improves nutrient and water penetration, particularly important in our dense clay soil. We aerate Bermuda and Zoysia spring - mid summer, and aerate + overseed Fescue lawns in mid fall. Aeration should be performed annually.
